Hi - I’m Susie. A yoga teacher with a passion for helping people transform their health and wellbeing.

Yoga is a practice that nourishes you from the inside out. It can help you find freedom in your body whilst creating the space to feel more present in your life.

It is an antidote for modern life.

I offer yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions, creating a supportive space for you to explore your body, mind and breath.

I believe that yoga should be accessible, and I teach yoga for every body.

My approach is friendly and down-to-earth, and my aim is to guide fun, intentional and explorative sessions that inspire growth.

Join me in beautiful Portugal for a 5-night retreat in a captivating natural riverside setting, in the foothills of the Serra da Estrela Mountains.

Hosted by Whitespace Yoga, with myself and Ailsa Petchley (pilates) guiding the sessions, this is a retreat to immerse yourself in nature and nourish your soul.

Cara Creek is a little slice of paradise. Swim in a magical creek, read a book on the private river beach, lounge in the natural infinity pool, or explore the nearby waterfalls. Enjoy star-gazing in wood-fired hot tub, detox in the hobbit sauna, or rub naturally-sourced clay on your body.
