Hi - I’m Susie. A yoga teacher with a deep belief in the power of practice to support real, lasting wellbeing.
Yoga is about so much more than movement – it’s a way of reconnecting with yourself and the world around you.
It brings ease to the body, space to the mind, and presence to everyday life. In a world that moves fast, it’s a steadying force, a quiet kind of resilience, a place of calm.
Through yoga, meditation and mindfulness, I offer space for you to pause, explore and feel at home in your body.
I like to empower people to move out of their comfort zones, because let’s be honest, that’s where real change happens!
My teaching is down-to-earth, friendly and rooted in the idea that yoga is for everybody — and every body.

May 2025 - with Whitespace Yoga Studio
In May 2025, I co-hosted a yoga and pilates retreat in a stunning location in Portugal. We stayed in a captivating natural riverside setting, in the foothills of the Serra da Estrela Mountains and spent five nights enjoying the beauty and wisdom of being immersed in nature. It gave us time to centre, pause, and reconnect. It felt like coming home.
